It's also a good thing to move on from the first coach after the GOAT, he was destined to fail, just like the next QB after the Goat. Richard Sherman said that when he was working with Skip Bayless and he was spot on, there was no way the next coach after Belichick doesn't get fired.On the flip side....

The league knows Bill needed to move on. I don't think there would be any concerns about that one. The Mayo/Wolf considerations will need some explaining as to why there is a lack of patience.
So deal with the bad PR but move on from this madness fast. Next coach won't have to deal with the shadow of BB.
As for your last sentence, everyone with 2 eyes and good sight (even one eye) could see why there was a lack of patience.
