The fact that they were in the 2 yard line is immaterial to the fact that it wasn’t Maye screwing up, that it was the play call he executed and the Stevenson ran a shallow route. If you understood football you'd also know they were on the damn 2 yard line.
But obviously you don't. And that's ok. That's why you're here.
Sadly it's probably true. Old softie Kraft will take this loss as "wow, we ONLY lost to the mighty Bills by 3. we're trending up!"He saved his job?
AVP’s offense went up 14-0 and Mayo/Covington’s defense gave it right back.
Fire AVP!
I realize that. He's mature beyond his years and he and Gonzo are the only 2 legit guys we truly have on this team at present. Unfortunately, he needs talented guys that will run through a brick wall for him. It’s called Leadership

Every week it's something.
Still debating how much to blame coaching for Mapu's running out of the EZ post INT.As for the coaching, I'm shocked that there are compliments.
Yes, the fake punt was great but...
3rd and inches and you don't call a timeout late in the 4th qtr on a crucial series?
Then you punt it? That's bad.
As for AVP... 3rd and inches with 3 1/2 minutes left and down by 2 scores and you... run it? For a loss?
Im not going to even mention the backward throw in your own end zone!!!
Folks, it's a coaching problem.

The fact that you don’t understand football is why yiu blame Maye and why you should shut up and learn. We seem to go through this every few weeks and then ultimately you realize you are wrong and stop replying.
I'd like to see guys in front of Maye that are a brick wall. Thats the problem, they don't have any.I realize that. He's mature beyond his years and he and Gonzo are the only 2 legit guys we truly have on this team at present. Unfortunately, he needs talented guys that will run through a brick wall for him.
Had Mayo been a qualified candidate who earned the job in a competitive interview process, and had he spent the season acting and sounding like someone capable of leading a winning team, and had he been accountable and responsible all season, in a clear dynamic leadership role, I’d happily give him a pass for any results this year and bring him back.Sadly it's probably true. Old softie Kraft will take this loss as "wow, we ONLY lost to the mighty Bills by 3. we're trending up!"
That's my biggest fear. Kraft will totally buy the stupid "playing hard", "believing the process", "we'll get 'em next year" crap.
I don't care that a superficial look will show that our D "held Bills to only 24", so DC is good. His players (mostly on DL) are so weak, situationally dumb, undisciplined, and can't tackle a dead pig. Since we know Mayo will be back. They HAVE TO hire a true, proven DC to fix Mayo's defense.
When there isn’t reason to blame the players to cover up bad coaching.I wonder when they’ll actually start being good tacklers despite talking about this every single week. Maybe in 3 years
Yeah. Not calling you outI realize that. He's mature beyond his years and he and Gonzo are the only 2 legit guys we truly have on this team at present. Unfortunately, he needs talented guys that will run through a brick wall for him.
Again, if you understand football that okay would never be designed for him to run a shallow route making it a lateral. The cardinal rule of that route is to running it’s a forward pass for the exact reason you saw tonight. The fact that you think you know where Stevenson was supposed to be based on some observations from games irrelevant to this one tells me and everyone all we need to know.
Do you have a positive relationship with anyone here?
Or are you constantly being a douch bag loser with your insults to people?
You already know I ain't the one. I'll go all week baby.
*Checks phone, yup, never blamed Maye. In fact blamed Stevenson for dropping the ball hitting him square in his hands.
You realize you are wrong and my pro tank take is almost complete. Get in line because alot of you owe apologies.
When will someone hold our WR scouts accountable?
Our talent at WR is the worst in the NFL
