I suspect that 12 positions are truly up for grabs.

Definitely yes
Team has gotten worse over the course of the season
Players except Maye have failed to improve
He puts his foot in his mouth every week
He is clueless and not even sure what he does

Wolf and Mayo must be fired to restore order in NE.
If AVP gets the axe it will set this franchise back years. Maye would start over with a new OC. Its how the clown show teams like the Browns conduct business.

Wolf and Groh did not do enough in FA or the draft. Thunder Kraft could be the reason why FA was a disappointment. Regarding the 24 draft ,I fail to see what the Pats have to count on in 2025 beyond Maye. Mckonkey and Maye sure would have been a sweet duo to build upon going forward.
New uniforms are 2nd on the agenda.
The Bills have stolen the Pats uniform scheme this weekend.

Rumors are that Vrabel would be interested in the NE job if it were available.

You all can probably guess how I voted

Spoiler below... in case you can't figure it out

YES, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YES

Yes!
It's not the record as expected a poor record. It's the fact you can't name anything he does well as a coach.

However, Vrabel? 6-18 over last 24 games Vrabel? His 1 year as defensive coordinator his team ranked 32nd in scoring! Vrabel?

I'd rather keep Mayo than hire Vrabel, at least with Mayo if he stinks next year you can fire him. Once Vrabel stinks in 2025 you can't move onto a 3rd coach in 3 years with Maye.

OFFENSIVE minded head coach PLEASE! Ben Johnson, Joe Brady etc, this is the easiest path to NFL winning in 2025.

I'm counting all the RLKAG votes as yes too.

Hire Joe Brady as HC and Robert Saleh as DC. Give wolf another 2 years because 1 year is too short a time and I donno if it's players or coaching which is an issue . Check if AVP wants to stick on as QB coach after checking with Joe Brady. Let Brady get the rest of his staff. Poach some offensive line coaches from eagles. Let Wolf clear the front office however he seems fit.

I believe that they need a superior X's and O's OC for next season. But, I would keep AVP as QB Coach.

Hell No! Mike Vrabel have a Upset Playoffs Win on his Resume.

I'm warming to the Vrabel sentiment.

Your astute analysis is fact driven. However, he was handicapped with Ryan Tannehill who always managed to do a Mac Jones and throw an interception, or in Tannehill's case, several interceptions, to cost the team the game. Admittedly, I prefer Brian Flores over Vrabel, and I think he might bring one of the Vikings offensive coaches with him. I'm a little nervous about some of the offensive wunderkinds. I don't think Kraft would hire Flores. I think he would be afraid of him.
He would probably want a safer known quantity like Vrabel.

The only reasoning that I heard recently, think it was Jay Glazier, that makes sense to me for not hiring a defensive coach is the OC poaching. He stated the disadvantage defensive oriented coaches have from an owners point of view who have a young QB is once they have some success offensively that guy goes to the top of the list for HC gigs. So essentially every 2-3 years your potentially replacing your OC.

I'm not saying I completely agree with not hiring a defensive minded coach, just that I understand the reasoning and find it valid.

Good point, never thought of that.
