Just the way this Teams prepares and plays shows you Mayo's job is not safe. Mayo will never be even a decent HC the Team does not respond to him. I expect the Krafts to either kick him upstairs or something this Team need a HC with Coordinators experience. I am sure the Krafts are no fools even the Fans can see they made a mistake with Mayo... Vrabel would be a very good alternative.

I've come Around PF2. I want a new HC. I want Vrabel and dabol back here! Mike wilks can join in as DC. This team is a joke. I agree give Mayo a job in the organization not to do with coaching have him so media relations.

That’s something I didn’t think about. Instead of firing their golden boy, they “reassign” him into a football operations role helping the front office write contracts or something.

Of course we all know he won’t actually do anything in that role but Bob loves him so he won’t care as long as he keeps calling him Thundercat. It’ll be their half measure. And Bob won’t have to say “I was wrong”, he can say “I still believe in Jerod’s potential, I have just realized he is more suited for a different endeavor.”

Yes! Just Brad Steven's him. I have no problem with him in any other role but HC.. the players like him personally so they will support him. However he's not helping thier careers at all.

Not exactly. Stevens was a good coach and he moved into the actual GM role. He has done a good job there too due to his experience as a coach. This would be a bad coach moving into a nondescript front office role to do little to nothing.

C'mon, posters here know much better than Kraft how to make money with the team and associated merch and facilities. How much did Kraft pay for the team. How much is it worth now? As an aside, plaease list all the teams that have won more Super Bowls or games since Kraft bought the team.

Many Boston fans truly deserve to have had the opportunity to be rooting for the Saint Louis Patriots. But then, Kraft isn't trying to please posters. He was a billionaire fan would didn't want his team to move, so he bought the team, and yeah he tried to make some money.
My point was that, in spite of the recent downturn, the brand is undamaged.

Agreeable! of course he was.. I was just using the sentiment of Brad Stevens move to the front office. I want Vrabel and dabol back here!

This happened with Marino in Miami. He thought he wanted a real job and quickly realized he didn't.

From Wikipedia:
In early 2004, Marino briefly returned to the Miami Dolphins as Senior Vice President of Football Operations, but resigned from the newly created position only three weeks later, saying that the role was not in the best interest of either his family or the Dolphin organization.

It shouldn't be a problem Mayo boot licked his way to the Top. Boot would accept anything.

Agreed. Mayo needs some kind of innocuous make-work job like Burton had. Hang around, get paid, but not be in a position to screw anything up.

It's starting hurt the Patriots image. They are being looked at as dysfunctional. This was a proud organization for decades. RK needs to do the right thing and get a real staff in here not the YMCA staff. . Dabol could maximize Drake.

There will be some Excellent guys available with Solid experiences on Black Monday. The Krafts would be foolish if they are not eyeing someone...Mayo is not the answer. We went for the GOAT of HC's to Misfit a Monumental Drop off.

Make sure to drink plenty of water, so you can lick those boots for longer.

An oldie but a goodie.

Big time we did!! The on field products Terrible. Everything has regressed under Mayo. Rk will have so many options he needs to get something in place so that at 4 pm week 18 we can start moving on from this staff.
