The Offense Needs 3-4 Players; doable I think

I think that could make the offense well above average if everything else (mostly Drake) progresses. The scary thing is how many players we need in D which I definitely did not expect to be the case.

They have a crisis at OT, three spots to fill even if you consider Lowe a keeper as I do now. They may be able to get a decent to good veteran in free agency but their future LT1 needs to be drafted high in 2025. I don't think the Ravens are letting Stanley go, same goes for the Rams with Jackson, so your probably looking at Robinson and Humphries, perhaps Wills will be out there too.

They are in desperate need of a true WR1 outside the numbers guy. Again maybe one of the three or four good veterans who could be free agents - Higgins, Cooper, Godwin, Diggs - could fit the bill for the next couple years but this position also merits a high draft pick in 2025 as long as the jackass that thought Polk was worth a high second round pick is not making the call on that.

They need an RT also, I hope it's Wallace but there is no reason that I know of to count on that. There isn't all that much to be excited about looking at the names of prospective free agents.

They need their future OC1, I'm surprised Andrews has made it this far. The cupboard is bare here.

They don’t need a few JAGs, they need some top end talent. It’s easy to say they need just 3-4 guys but every team in the league is looking for top tier players, and when they get them they don’t tend to let them go.

Here comes Lester Cottontail
Hoppin' down the OL trail
Hippity hoppin', the Oline's on its way

Bringin' every girl and boy
False starts full of Christmas joy
Things to make your Sunday bright and g*y

He's got inside gap for Captain
Drive sink the hips for BrotherBlues
There's hands jolt for your Real Fan
And maybe finish a block too

Oh, here comes Lester Cottontail
Hoppin' down the OL trail
Hippity hoppity, happy Christmas Day!

Competent offense coaches would help as well.. Coaches who can make adjustments on the fly after they realize whatever game plan they pulled out of a hat was an idiotic one not based on reality.

Would love SB as DC

They need way more than 1 WR. They probably need 4.

And probably a whole new online.

Henry is serviceable if you're fine with a right end who goes 4 or 5 weeks without any real offensive output.

With regards to the line and the different line up weekly what do you think the line would look like this year if Scar was still around? A better question may be do you think the HC has the brains to call up his old co-worker and get his input on what he is seeing and maybe some recommendations. Or maybe invite him to a practice to make some assessments.

They need:
WR1
WR2
LT
LG
C
RT
RB2

Backups at OT, OG, C, WR, TE

They have
Maye
Stevenson
Henry
Douglas
Onwenu

and need everything else
And CB#2, FS.

1) Top WR and perhaps another
2) Top LT and another OL or 2

Not a huge ask
I agree with that. I've myself said collectively 7-8 players on offense and defense would make huge differences.

This team needs both high end talent and JAGS. An infusion of low/mid priced veterans to provide a competent roster depth and add some locker room leadership is needed to allow the new high end talent to add value. Wolf has a lot of work to do this offseason to make the team competitive next year.

Having competent players in all starting and primary reserve roles, average players, not stars, instead of putting practice squad level guys out on the field consistently would be more impactful to this team than adding stars right now.

Yeah I was just listing offense. They need DL(s) LB(s) Edge, Cb, S on defense
So, except for Starting QB, they need pretty much everything else (more or less)?

People underestimate the importance of the weakest link. You're as bad as whatever part of your team can be exploited. Look at when we caught the Bears playing two OTs worse than ours. It made the rest of both teams irrelevant. There's a reason the word "exploit" is used.
