I finally realized what has been happening. Wolf and Mayo have repeatedly said their plan and goal is to develop players. They really aren't interested in established players of any caliber. That's why they keep picking up players from the other teams practice squad.
They want to be able to say we found this player and with our great coaching we will develop him into an all-star, all pro. Sorry fellows but your plan is not working, in fact, it resembles a ---- show. It's not only not working but their coaching is causing competent players to perform cra--y.

They're picking up players from other people's practice squad because they have roster spots to fill and they have a bad record.

Agreed and I don't fault them for not wanting to give away to many picks. Beucase they need a the picks possible this upcoming draft. I believe it's important for them to at least get 1 win the rest of the way

The focus on the DC has come into focus. That's the most disappointing part if the team even with key guys out they should be much better than this. They have gotten worse each game.

Well, yeah. Teams tend to hang on to their high end players. Every team is trolling the stiffs to fill in their roster.

Personally I care nothing more about this season. I'm gearing up to see what FA and the draft does for us in 2025.

I was hopeful for Austin the end of last year, but he was hurt and a non factor until this week.
I think he has the kind of Alpha attitude and cover skills to be a starting CB. If he can solidify these last 4 games, we could have a young cheap duo for the next few years.

The core D for '25: Barmore, White, Jennings, Bentley, Elliss, Gonzo, Austin, Peppers.
They need to dump: Dugger, Godchaux, Ekuale, Takitaki
Must find: EDGE, DT, LB, S

Agreed there. I had been high on Austin since last season. I'm happy to see him playing well. Agreed 100 on the core defense. Dugger has a tradable contract. I think next season by the trade deadline could probably do it. Goddy, ekuale are as good as gone in the off season. We need to try and sign demarcus Lawrence in FA.

Surprise late season breakout is Gibson. So much better than Rham. I know teams need a 1-2 punch, but Rham needs to be #2.
Gibson is faster, quicker, more decisive, and better in-line runner than Rham (which should not be true based on body type).

They need to dump: Lowe, Jacobs, Osborn
Must find: LT, WRx2, RT, TE, RB
