didn’t she fabricate the story?Nah, she shouldn't. Jabrill is probably lucky he didn't.
Not sure we know that. Curious to hear what the video evidence was. Sounds like it cleared him.didn’t she fabricate the story?
I have to imagine the video evidence almost completely exonerates him if it's enough to take him off the exempt list entirely and also reinstate him immediately. Not sure we know that. Curious to hear what the video evidence was. Sounds like it cleared him.
Innocent until proven guilty is the rule inside a courtroom. For the public, we're free to think whatever we want.Guilty until proven innocent huh?

My question is when does he play? He hasn't played in over a month. Actually he probably will be better than everyone except gonzo even having not played.Guilty until proven innocent huh?
This is great! The leader on the defense can light a fire under these guys asses and remind them they are still playing for something!wow.
didn't see this one coming
it will be good to see him back in foxboro. but the number 5 on his jersey will still look stupid. looks like a kickers number

This is what I was afraid of.
This is what I was afraid of. They’re basically saying that even if he’s guilty, he’d be retroactively suspended for those games he was on the commissioner’s exempt list and now be allowed to play. They just have to determine if it’s a “paid suspension” on the commissioner’s exempt list or if they go back and make it a true unpaid suspension. Doesn’t say anything about the NFL’s perception of his guilt or innocence, and I’m not sure the Pats will put him on the field.
(For those wondering, Mike Hall of the Browns was suspended 5 games earlier this season but was given credit for “time served” on the commissioner’s exempt list for the first 4 games.)
