No HOF for Kraft again

I agree with this. It kinda comes off like Kraft is desperate for this and it's rubbing everyone the wrong way and they don't want to feel like they are being manipulated or forced into it. He's absolutely going to be in the HOF.

Honestly, I don't know why he cares so much. Nobody gives a **** that Jerry Jones or any of the other owners/execs are in. Most people go to see the cool players.

He wants to be inducted before he dies, hence the sense of urgency. The guy going in ahead of him this round died 80 years ago.

Obviously somebody cares very much and at least a few somebodies, who can't really hurt him in any other way, care that he cares about it as much as he does.

I think the concept of owners in the HOF is a bit iffy to begin with, but with that being a category I don't see how Kraft wouldn't meet the criteria.
I soooooo agree with this. They need a “Owners of the NFL” Hall of Fame. They shouldn’t be included with players at least. Or maybe a “Non Player HoF” which could include scouts, coaches etc. Lumping them in with so many players is no good.

I think Bob simply feels not recognized or honored enough, thus the trumpeting everywhere he can.

It is true, the Patriots have never been treated fairly, and likely never will.

But, like a lot of things in life, when you let your emotions rule your actions, you blind yourself to seeing what actually is going on - and how you yourself can fix it.

They have never, EVER gotten the respect they deserve. Even back in the 80s and 90s they weren’t. When Brady came along it changed a little and then we were hated, especially after we started winning SBs, see deflategate etc. Not that I need to tell you about it. . Honestly, I think I’d rather have it this way. It keeps a lot of fair weather fans away which I cannot stand. Being the villain is always fun. The constant ball fondling of a few certain teams gets OLD and I think would be the same if they were doing it to us. What irks me is when a team with the same record or worse as us is made out to be sooooo good, when they’re not and not a single thing is said about us.

Indeed, the false cheating allegations began before our first Super Bowl win, first accusing us of having something to do with Coleman properly enforcing the Tuck Rule to us supposedly stealing signals illegally in Pittsburgh.

January '86 it would have been 'better' to see a team other than the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Local and national media had a field day in '81 when the Patriots had the best 2-14 team in history...conveniently ignoring to this day that that was the only losing season the Patriots had in 13 years.

Belichick is the GOAT, period.
I was taking the piss as the brits would say to show how dumb the reasoning of the post I quoted was.

I blame Kraft for both. He told him he wouldn't stand in his way and ultimately he gave Brady the no Franchise clause. And then he fired Bill for it.

Do you think Kraft was lying when he said that Belichick told him Brady couldn’t play anymore?

Bob had no choice as Brady was threatening to sit out the 2019 season according to Brian Hoyer. With that said, it should've have even come to that as Bob should've just given Tom the 2 years for a meager $25M he was asking for before Brady got fed up.

Bob got embarrassed by poor decisions and had to throw the blame on Bill.

Kraft ain't getting in while he is breathing. He needs to understand that.

The last 5 years confirms the previous 20 had nothing to do with Kraft. The voters continue to make the right choice.
