Am I the only one who thinks Rham is not good.
He dances forever, he turns sideways immediately on short yardage, inside runs.
Gibson is much more nimble and shifty.
Rham barely gained 1 yard (or TFL) on most of his 1st down runs.
I know we can blame the OL too, but did you see Williams and even 5-foot-nothing Corum??
He is uselessly inconsistent, play to play, year to year. Not even close to worth his pay.

Agree. Rham is just running straight and barreling down and doesn't have Henry level physique. Just gets stopped at point of contact or gains a yard or 2. Looks very ordinary this year and in zone runs is pathetic . Better to put gibson on those.

ohh the what if game, I love it...or could have been downed inside the 5, fair catch is muffed, the punt returner tries to be a hero and run it back and fumbles. This is fun
@archstanton543

you disagree with the hypothetical outcomes??

9 sacks last week to 0 this week.
This week we played a legit team, not a great team, just a competent one. All we have is a developing QB and a bunch of poseur fools playing guessing games on the coaching staff.

Also better OL on their part and weaker front 7 on the Patriots' part.

He is a 22 yo rookie. Cut the guy some slack.
Rookie’s make mistakes.
Josh Allen was bad his first 3 years
Of course
Josh Allen had 12 Int’s and Peyton had 28 Int’s their 1st year
Are Int’s good anytime. No
But this kid has nothing around him and is putting it all on his shoulders.
Int’s are going to happen when your going for it to keep your team in contention
I see it from the viewpoint that he is keeping them competitive
As he grows. So will ball security.
Especially when he gets some talent around him and he can play smarter and more within a system
So give the kid a break. I like what I am seeing out of him
I wanted him to have a year off. I was wrong. He is growing just fine

Maye bascially said it was Pops fault, without actually saying it by putting it on himself.

He's quite the leader.

Id love to know the motivation of the blame Maye people...is it loyalty to the Kraft Family? Maye is above and beyond expectations. He has inferior talent around him compared to his peers at the position. Can't make chicken salad out of chicken ****. They have an offense full of third options on good teams and a terrible line. I don't know what the blame Maye people want. How about not taking the ball at the 10 and making the other team rekick?

Most rookie qbs , even the ones who were good out the gate, would be looking like total busts on this team. Its about the worst situation you can go into. Defense has you behind constantly, pass protection sucks. Run game is nonexistent half the time, and theres no legit playmakers who give you that easy button

I hate the way Gibson runs. Always picks the wrong hole. I dont really care how shifty you are if you're picking the wrong hole and getting stopped at the line. Rham gains yardage all the time. I dont think he's great but... Not a Gibson fan. Ezekiel >>> Gibson

This is an offensive league. The offense is still not good, but per the eye test it is light-years ahead of last year's disaster and the 2024 Brisset Nap Snooze fest. I actually feel that with just average line play this offense will put up 21+ each week. Maye is that good - as a ****ing rookie. Cheap **** Kraft and save a dime Wolf did Maye a disservice...Okorafor, Osbourne, two terrible rookies.....that's who you got your rookie QB on offense? Hooper has been decent and Gibson has flashed a few time. But when your best signings are your second rb and tight end, you need to pay the piper. They cheapest out every way possible because Krafty Bob spent all his football $ on that stupid ****ing scoreboard and Lighthouse..**** him

Bourne, Pop & Boutte look pretty good.
There's still some mental errors with the young guys, but I still think Boutte can be an important piece.
I also believe Polk has what it takes, just angering to see another high-potential rookie WR waste his 1st year.

At this point, the most important goals by far are: (1) keep Maye healthy, and (2) let him learn as much as possible, and (3) get potential FAs excited about playing with him. W/L is secondary to all of that, IMO.

Yes, they're probably still going to lose most of the remaining games, but at least the offense is now fun to watch (except when TPTB have their heads up their arses).

Rham has the build of Dion Lewis but runs like he's Blount.
Yep. And he can only run like that with a level of sporadic violence which is unsustainable,so that after one good run, he tippytoes around for the next three plays so he can recover. He is inevitbly going to be very injury prone as a result. I'd move on.

Maye bascially said it was Pops fault, without actually saying it by putting it on himself.

He's quite the leader.

I think he was expecting Douglas to cross the inside safety, and I'm also inclined to pin the INT on Douglas because he never looked back.

But if people want to look for someone to crucify, it's Mayo. He was thoroughly outcoached by McVay.. really bad. Just couldn't keep up with the tweaks McVay was throwing out there.

And whoever had the idea to have Gonzo shade Robinson through most of the game, instead of Kupp or Nacua needs to be put to the stake as well.
