It was tight coverage and he was right there and got his hand in there. He did just about everything right and still lose to a perfect throw and great catch. If they need to make plays like that to win i like our chances. Unfortunately, they don't need to just make plays like that. That was just a bonus.
He was beat and was trailing the whole play! The only thing that made him caught was the pass was a little short and Thomas had to slow down. If he was in place and had good coverage the play never happens
Screens and short passes that beat that and slow it down. Not saying stop running all together. But wait until they stop putting 8 in the box or at least run out of shutgun.
Mayo, AVP and Demarcus Covington - none of the three would have been hired to the positions they currently hold anywhere else in the NFL. Absolutely no chance.
