So hearing talk of trading him ... but really what would the return be?
I hope he works his way back and we let Boutte go or put him on the practice squad ...
Boutte will get picked from there ... Bourne's contract is very reasonable and he plays hard.

I think we are better off keeping him ... he is a beast and we need some of that.
Also he has size ... most of our receivers have 6' to 6'2" size and Pop is the baby ... decent WR room for now ... for Maye of course.

He's not the problem. The QB is. For $4M for his stats in MN last year, the contract is fine. At what # game will the NE Patriots have 7 Receiving TD's? He's not the problem. Replace him, I don't care, but he's not a problem or the problem.

He's not a #1. Shouldn't be, not his game. He's not throwing on-field tantrums or walking off mid-play, he's a professional #3 or #4 wr. Again, if you want to ditch him for Bourne, ok, but it's not anything that he did or didn't do.

Agree. Time to bench or release him. I understand there are other factors involved but he couldn’t catch a cold at this point. So far there are 6 other Patriots with more receptions and yards than him. 5 receptions for 31 yards.
