Bill took a chance on the last QB available at 15. This QB was able to lead the team to the playoffs. How many of non-top 5 QB's do that? And if Jones was terrible, wasn't a potential starting QB still worth taking a shot, given the various evaluations of him?

We'll never know how Jones would have turned out without the Year 2 change to Patricia and Judge. Sure, Jones had a lot to learn after his first year. Patricia and Judge weren't reasonable choices as teachers,

I don't hate BB. Fair criticism of his last 2 seasons is not hating. He's not a Patriot anymore so why wouldn't I be objective about him?

My opinion hasn't changed except that he's not here anymore so it's easier to look at him without a Patriots lens. Same with Tom. In fact I was very down on Tom for a couple months after he left because I was angry he wasn't here anymore.
