Why, you poor thing...This is the first time I had a fantasy draft and did not draft a single Patriots player. Thanks Bill

Exactly. We can use this money next year. Maxing out spending this year for team that is likley going to struggle to win five games, seems pointless to me when we can use it next year. I like how the team is being built.
actually it’s either:As far as Mac goes, SB1 and the rest of you want it both ways. You’re talking about both sides of your mouth. Either Mac is good or BB ruined him… it can’t be both.
Sure but why will we spend it then if we wouldn’t spend it now?Question. Can we spend/roll this $40 Million into the 2025 year. A yes or no answer will suffice.
Harbough will make things interesting. His defenses are always tough.KC's a lock to win the AFCW, just like most years. They have the weakest division by far and a much easier road to the top seed.
Boy.. all these poor millionaires that live here.. must be a hard choice of fillet or lobster for dinner on thier boatsDidn't you hear? FAs don't want to come to the Pats because of the tax rate.
My heart goes out to the impoverished football players. The state tax excuse is a really bad one. Only 4 teams are in a state without a tax.
Massachusetts is not even in the top 10 of state taxes.
Bobby needs a new excuse.
Why is that a problem? When you’re the #1 guy in an organization, and that organization goes 4-13, you deserve the blame.Don't forget about the BB haters that blame everything on things that happened in the past.
If you mean no income tax, it’s 8 but who’s counting….The state tax excuse is a really bad one. Only 4 teams are in a state without a tax.
I don’t think the state taxes are a factor to the players, but let us not peddle falsehoods (or, at the very least, misleadinghoods).Massachusetts is not even in the top 10 of state taxes.
It is time to move on.Why is that a problem? When you’re the #1 guy in an organization, and that organization goes 4-13, you deserve the blame.
You were the very first person to post a reply in this thread, where you whined about the “BB haters,” so stop being hypocritical. It is time to move on.
That is because I was on vacation in a different timezone, LOL. To steal a line from Glen Ordway "You are making my point".You were the very first person to post a reply in this thread, where you whined about the “BB haters,” so stop being hypocritical.
WTF does being in a different time zone have to do with anything? That is because I was on vacation in a different timezone, LOL. To steal a line from Glen Ordway "You are making my point".
For the record, I wasn't responding to a criticism of Bill. My response was in the context of the thread title suggesting that people with agendas have been ruining a number of threads by repeating the same tired narratives. BB and Brady are gone. It sucks, time to see how this version of the team works out.WTF does being in a different time zone have to do with anything?
You were the first person to eagerly jump into this thread to bash the “BB haters”. Then when someone criticizes Belichick, all of a sudden you tell us “it is time to move on”.
It is hilarious how you cannot see your own hypocrisy.

I know the timezone thing is a bit tricky to understand, I was the first reply because I was 6 hours ahead on the clock. Would my response been more acceptable if it was the 10th reply?
LOL, that is exactly right. I think I sent the reply while cooling my heels outside some shop while my wife and daughters looked at stuff for the sake of looking at stuff. There was no malice intended. So for the sake of clarity, what your saying is before at least half of us finished our first cup of coffee (or whatever the younger guys do to start their day, let's not judge) when this thread went up at 7:00 am by virtue of being 6 hours ahead you were well into the screwing off portion of your day. That about cover it?
