I do not understand why they do not let Maye play more.
A few more series would not be terrible.
I doubt he starts a game this year unless a rash of injuries

Zappe was able to move the team and get the TD. Neither of the other two QBs they’ve played were able to do either.

Well, it took him three series. Neither of the other two had more than one series.

Well if they’re not good enough to see the field instead of him…

A lot of starters playing on offense, those reps should go to Maye, I don't care if he's playing a lot against the eagles, he's 21, no need to rest. If you're risking injuries on Baker and Polk, at least risk developing Maye. Every real game rep is important.

I was frustrated until I remembered they've got what should be a big week next week coming up. I also think had it not been raining, maybe they would have been in longer. Not worth the injury risk.

Could be. It's a close call, i suppose, but I think it's going to take a while to rebuild this mess and young, cheap draftees are the way to go imho.
