For a long time he was pretty much as perfect a coach as it can get. The preparation of his players, the game planning, the in game adjustments and decisions, the psychology of getting the most out of and disciplining the players. And a very good gm on top of that. He was overshadowed by Brady because of how good Tom was especially towards the end but you cant ignore how great BB was.

Not to toot my OWN horn but Hes the coach i found myself disagreeing with the least. Also 4th and 2 was a great call imo. Cant believe how much crap he got for it. Id have done that 10 times outta 10.

Absolutely agree with everything you posted. No one here can disagree. We know full well bill was a savant at coaching ,,.. guys a NFL encyclopedia. Where things downshifted were post brady. As a fan I would have loved for bill to have success post brady. It would have further cemented his illustrious career. In today's game it's very difficult to win without out solid QB play no matter who's coaching.

Whoever drafted Corky Mac did BB in.

It was Kraft too. Corky was the son that Bob Kraft never had. BB could clearly see that Corky has a pop gun arm and that Alabama talent made Jones better than he really is. The chickens came home to roost after year 1 when NFL defenses broke down 2021 game film on Corky.

If I remember correctly Portnoy showed the emails where he purchased the licensing rights for it. Since he's still selling and using it I assume the courts upheld it.

In my post I was inquiring if such a thread existed, nothing more. However, since you brought it up, I don't like his voluble, cheerleader style, but time will tell if it works for him. Coaches have succeeded with that style, so who knows? I think Tony Robbins has more of an edge than Coach Mayo.
