Agreed! Maye brings a southern charm, a warm and friendly attitude and demeanor. He seems like he's a hard worker wants to become great.

I believe they are for work outs, meetings and playbook installation..

Exactly correct, plus he has the staffing so he doesn't have to do everything himself..
