There should still be some good WR and OL at 34, no reason to give up picks.
Let’s say they believe guyton can be their franchise lt but they think he isn’t there at 34
The other ot at 34 they might not view them as franchise lt
Would you not want them to trade up?
I would rather get two cornerstone players and draft some day 3 guys

Agreed. They probably have groupings of LTs and WRs and when either group starts to run out, they might decide it is worthwhile to move up. But they won't decide this until tonight.

Get your Popcorn ready.

Sounds like most of the intrigue starts around pick #5, if reports are to be trusted. But, as we know, reports around this time aren’t even close to a lock.

I just pray that if Maye is headed to NE, that he becomes the player project and that the team we root for can start building around this guy for 8-12 years instead of finding ourselves back here in 2027 or 28…

Maye Drake..

Would be nice but odunze is out of reach imo
I think a trade up into the range of 22-25 is possible with the second third and maybe a late rd pick
That’s about it what I would use to trade up for a Lt or OT in general
But I do love Mitchell due to his size and speed and catching
We don’t have this size on the perimeter
Adonai Mitchell could make sense as the guy in trade back into the 1st. OR if a guy they feel could be a franchise LT slides to late 20s, I could also see a move up. We'll have to wait and see but the Patriots have the ammo to get a bit spicy in round 1 today.
