So going after Shula's record. Worldly goals.I can't speak for BB but (unless he is losing his mind) I could see him taking that approach. Go in, set them up with a good foundation and a transition plan.
How many wins do you think the Falcons will have this season. Who do you think they should pick w/ #8?he is dedicated to winning.
Jer'zhan Newton. But every defensive player in the draft will be available at that spot. How many wins do you think the Falcons will have this season. Who do you think they should pick w/ #8?
I'm sure the League would be interested in learning that the Falcons were tampering with Belichick while under contract with the Patriots. That would cost them their #8 pick. Those reports will be dismissed by many here because it doesn’t fit the current narrative that the Falcons were the only team that wants Bill, ignoring the fact that Bill would never publicly acknowledge that he declined an invitation to interview for any of the available jobs, and there would be no benefit for those teams to publicly devolves that information.
The narrative that Bill is too old and that nobody wants him and that the game has passed by and that he is only taking the Falcons job because he has no other options is much tastier to the Hoodie Hater Club than the (more likely) possibility that Bill saw the handwriting on the wall in Foxboro long before media members or fans did, has been doing his research for weeks about potential job openings using his myriad of contacts across the league (including two close friends who were former members of the Falcons front office) and determined that Atlanta is his preferred destination.
Those who think that his interview with the Falcons last week was the first contact he has had with Blank about the head coaching job are either naïve or dense. Nobody plans for the future like BB, whether that involves free agency or the salary cap….or his future home as a head coach.
Of course not. Neither team was interested. Period.Turned down the Eagles/Cowboys, and then chooses to be coach in Atlanta?
I don't believe that for a minute.
Dallas Turner.Jer'zhan Newton. But every defensive player in the draft will be available at that spot.

Another strong possibility - but I think they'd go more specialized pass rusher later on, and go for the Donald/Barmore type to anchor that line.Dallas Turner.
20I meant this season, not in 3.
I don't know anything about the falcons beyond the obvious... Will look at them a little more closely and give you my honest assessment where I think they standHow many wins do you think the Falcons will have this season. Who do you think they should pick w/ #8?
There’s no consistency to be had: one guy left in free agency; the other was fired despite wanting to stay. But you never stepped in to defend him while he was being mocked and attacked either. You said you didn't gaf about him because he was no longer a Patriot.
At least be consistent.
Who's the QB? If it's Ridder, O/U is 9.I meant this season, not in 3.
Yet, the fact remains neither is a Patriot. They both ended up playing/coaching for an NFCS team. That's the crux of the matter. There’s no consistency to be had: one guy left in free agency; the other was fired despite wanting to stay.

How you react to the same situation above is the question. If your reaction is a polar opposite, it's inconsistent.
I know you're old, so I'll give you a pass but you clearly don't know what's happening here. Lol"I can post about Brady for 3+ years, after Tom left the Patriots to play with another team. That's okay. That's GOOD.
You can't post about Belichick, after he's fired. Ever. If you do, that's NOT okay. That's BAD.
You know why? Because they're the SAME SITUATION!
It is decided, because I am the decider!"
Shouldn't be surprisingShould this thread be retitled "Bill's Only Offer" ?
