We will adjust like any other franchise hiring a new HC.

Sure. He knows it's gone from bad to worse, and he's not stupid. It's as good of a time as any to make a change. He's gonna be 72 the week before the draft (ish anyway) , they have good cap space and a high draft pick. Bring in a fresh mind and see what happens, because status quo is not working.

Definitely, definitely agree. I'm embracing change. We can't keep trying to get blood out a stone. We've gone backwards, bad contracts, terrible roster construction.. Bill has been a legend here! He always will be. But it's over. We need a different path to winning and becoming a contender again.

PREACH!!!! Mayo if it is him hopefully would be a breathe of fresh air.. a leader who can command a locker room. I look at young coaches all around the league and they can lead. Bill is 72 not 42.. if the GOAT can leave so can Bill.. absolutely correct if Mayo isn't the guy than we find another coach. However getting this offense into a 2024 NFL standards is the first task for anyone.

Yes!! It's like we can all appreciate Bill he's the GOAT of course. However it's time. We don't hate Bill but we recognize as fans that we need change. No one person can ever replicate the success we had.. but what they can do is get this team back into contention getting with the times.

Someone touched on it last week I'm still a little perplexed why we didn't give out an Extension to either Dugger or Onwenu. Inquiring minds would like to know.
