Patriots MUST lose their last 3 games

The likelihood that the Pats take the next star QB with a top pick is slim. History is not in any teams favor hoping to draft the savior.

I would like to have a top pick to have first dibs at any player in the draft, but there’s no guarantee.

With that said, I see the Jets as their only victory. Denver has always been a tough place to play and Buffalo is making a late push

I am leaning towards Williams or Daniels I have them very close. With Penix Jr or Nix being consolations.
Maye nowhere to be found on your board?

the players are playing for their own records not the team.

Have to watch him a little more I'm getting Mitch Turbiski vibes dude went before Mahomes and Watson. Hate to judge Maye off that but I prefer others hope he proves me wrong.

food for thought though, here are current top 3 picks starting in the NFL.

jared goff, baker mayfield, kyler murray ,bryce young, trevor lawrence, matt stafford, zach wilson, mitchell trubisky, joe burrow (although injured).

when you look at the list. kind of gives you abit of pause.

It's been a strange year...I don't even know who is going to take the AFC aside from KC given how things have shaped up with injuries and such. Almost feels like this might be the year the Ravens take the Conference...which I also don't like. Albeit, somebody has to win it, I guess.
I want still have hope in Jax or Cle or Cin...
No Bal...no Kc...pls...i would prefere Buffalo then Ravens or Chiefs...

Reports coming out of New York aren't good when it comes to Saleh...sounds like he's starting to lose the locker room and people are beginning to feel like he might actually be in trouble.
Bill heading to the Jets after this season would be a nightmare.

So much of all this debate depends on what everyone else does the next couple weeks. Picking second or third still gets them a top player at whatever position they decide to draft for.

Eff the Jete.

Exactly!! Trade down a bit for better players.

That makes no sense, at least to me it doesn't because the draft always will be a crapshoot. Winning begets winning, no way will I ever root for them to lose for something as chancy as draft position. With 12 or 13 losses more or less guaranteed they still will pick high regardless.
I disagree we NEED a QB those usually go very early no guarantees of course: but you take that chance when you have it. We don't even have a Jimmy G type on the current roster we need a Backup also. We have been on a successful High for a very long time but those Bad Drafts have finally caught up to us. Being near the Top of the Draft at this point in time knowing our dire situation couldn't be better.

If Tampa and Saints both win or both lose this week and Tampa beats Saints, the week after then Tampa Bay will be locked in and can rest starters against the Panthers. That puts Pats in running for top pick if the Pats lose out.

1 Win they could still draft anywhere from 2 to 4.
2 Wins could move Pats down as low as 9. Can't have 2 wins.

This week is big, Arizona plays Bears, there last game against a weak opponent
Commanders play Jets, likely last chance for Washington to win.

Can't picture Pats beating Buffalo and IMO Denver should be a loss but will feel better about draft position once they get an L in Denver.
If Washington beats Jets, Arizona beats Bears and Pats lose next 2 they go to Jets game likely with the #2 pick sewed up with a chance at #1 so beating the Jets would not be that harmful and might even be a meaningless game for draft position.

More like go Jets I just want them to finish in front of us.
no, it's Go Commanders, get them to 5 wins like the Jets. Then it's just a 3 way fight among us, AZ, and Carolina - assuming we lose at Denver and at Buffalo which is all but certain.

Preach on brother!

Agree with you. It is not sure thing with any of those 3 QBs. However, perhaps teh chances are greater when you have your pick of all the QB's coming out in the draft.
I do think that BB will go all out to win all 3 of these games and the Pats will probably be favored in the Jets game.
Worst case is we pick in the 4-6 range, in which case we should walk away with one of the top 2 OTs as a consolation prize.
