He doesn't seem fully engaged, oddly disconnected. He has done too much for too long, I think. He has maintained a pace of work and a breadth of responsibilities that is hard to sustain in your seventies. I retired in my seventies, so I get it.

I don’t think it’s his age. I think he is completely checked out on this team and organization. Even if Kraft didn’t fire him for some reason, I think Bill chooses to leave.
