Buddy of mine saw him at Mohegan Sun last year (I think) . Said he was still pretty good.
I saw the Doobies a bunch of times while working at the local concert venue. For a bunch 70 somethings, they sound phenomenal. Vocally they were right on.Buddy of mine saw him at Mohegan Sun last year (I think) . Said he was still pretty good.
Fun fact: co-wrote "I'll Wait" w/ Van Halen on "1984"
Suppose that is one way to look at it... if Zappe or Grier took starter reps it would be stories about Zappe and Grier all over the internet for their days off. Let whatever guy is taking over at QB get a few days of calm without having the media talking about him nonstop and expectations thrown upon him. Then come ready to work next week. We probably won't have much of an inkling of what might happen til this time next week.Maybe giving Mac starter reps during the only practice of the week is a way to not stir up too much excitement going into the next four days off. Monday might be a whole different story.
I can see the logic. Instead of spending $15M+ per year on a right tackle, draft one instead and spend $20M+ per year on a WR.

As a now and then grammar cop I've just got to say OW!!“I don’t have no disbelief that this team isn’t hungry whatsoever… "
I mean, if Bill is still in charge, we know drafting a WR is the wrong call, but he may be able to find a solid tackle. If it’s not Bill drafting then perhaps the next regime can find WRs but you probably still get more bang for your buck dollar-for-dollar at WR than you do at RT.If you are clever and are not good at drafting WRs. @PatsFan2 posted that he does not agree
