With 91M in cap space, the Pats can Tag him without issue and do a LTD. Or they can get the LTD done between now and the end of the season. It all depends on what he's looking for.

I think that Young or Derek Barnett would be excellent additions. Barnett will come a lot cheaper in the long run. Both in terms of draft pick cost and in terms of Contract. But he's at least a step / step and a half below Young.

if youre going to spend in free agency, you arent going to get comp picks. my guess is they plan to spend so i think your statement is not exactly an accurate statement.
