or maybe troy brown is a terrible WR coach as well. See the routes our WRs run.

Troy Brown was an all-time great Patriot player but might not be a good WR coach. Greg Bedard points out often how Patriot WRs run bad routes, wrong routes, display poor technique, etc.

Booty is a Bust.

What kind of a WR does not know that you must have both feet down inside the sideline for an NFL catch?

I have had issue with Troy as the WR coach for a while, even when he was the part time WR coach.
I would assume a new staff coming in would make Brown, Klemm, BOB all moot.
fwiw, if they were to bring in an offensive minded HC, I would not have an issue if they handed the DC spot to Mayo and Steve and Brian B were retained. I like how the D has performed the past few seasons.

On the flip side what has parker done? Other than underperform and then not take any accountability for mistakes he has made

That interview after the game deflecting any blame for his clear dropped pass was inexcusable.

Parker/juju are not part of the future of this team. Boutte may or may not we don't know.

Id rather see Bourne/Douglas/Thornton/Boutte out there than juju/parker.
I would say he has more than zero catches.

I want to see Boutte on the field. Boutte needs to earn playing time. It's there for the taking.

Shut your mouth and show the team that you are the guy by working hard. Lose the victim mentality. He, and no one else, controls his own destiny.

Prison warden Bill, may have a say in who does and who sees the field.

I agree that rookies should be seen and not heard. I also believe he is being blamed for the Philly loss and if Coach didn’t know he’d be picked up in a heartbeat, he’d be on the practice squad right now. He may not have performed 2 “toe taps” but he did something most of our wr’s are having difficulty with - gaining separation and actually making the catch and the film if those pseudo catches against that defense was nit lost on other teams. Too bad he wasn’t an o-lineman, he’d be back playing and waiving as our QB was running fir his life.

I understand the problem and his decline in productivity was when the Brian Kelly regime took over. You know the Massachusetts guy all sudden pretending he was a Southerner?

I tried that once in the Army. Pretending to be from Texas…until I met real Lonestar dudes.

It was fun while it lasted, but it’s been no fun watching dramatic evidence that Parker and Schuster are deep into the thralls of suckiness.

IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER

The Bad News Bears knew what they were talking about.

I mean, seriously watch guys who are getting open out there. Bourne, Thornton. Our guy isn't seeing them. He's firmly trained 8 yards downfield. Even when he has a lot of time.

he tweeted it before the game not after

regardless, before I pay a ****head like Can'tcatchaperfectball Parker for 33Ms or ****edUpKnee SlowJuJu I would go with any of this new young guys, Hill is a ****head and kills the league since years but you can be pretty sure he would not play under BB bcs he runs his mouth, does stupid celebrations that costs the team penalties etc. its about BB pretending its still 1970 and you can handle those young guns the same way you did before social media

if the reason he is benched the toetip against the Eagles I wounder, bcs than ****ing Parker should not play ever again for the Patriots for this drop on Sunday and the interview after making it sound it was not his fault the ball was overthrown by Jones, release him immediately
Why don't you really tell us how you feel about Parker and Smith-Schuster?

Stevenson was benched for a month his rookie year after fumbling the ball the first game of his rookie season. And he from all accounts has a good attitude. So Boutte being benched for not tapping the second toe is expected. But he will get longer because he seems to have attitude issues.

Kayshon Boutte needs to let his play do his talking, not his mouth.

If he isn't on the active roster, its no ones fault but his own.

your post reeks of millennial entitlement

Myles Bryant might not be the best player on the field, but he's on the field because he works hard... If Boutte had half the work ethic of Myles Bryant, he'd be playing instead of riding the pine.

F*cking things up for everyone else and taking no accountability. Reeks of Boomer entitlement.

Yeah and Stevenson was benched at the expense of the team. He was the better running back but had to disappear for a month because he was in Bill's little dog house.

Boutte made one nice play in a preseason game as a 6th round pick, royally f’ed up at a critical time twice in game 1
and then the guy shoots off his mouth about “free me” on social media like he isthe second coming of Jerry Rice to embarass BB and BoB.
I would cut him today.
The guy is a JAG with a bad attitude

He tweeted out "Free Me!" after the game.

Usually that would mean he def wouldn't get playing time.

In 2023 however, that might be different?

Sounds like a rookie who needs to learn to shut his mouth

That being said, I'd much rather watch the rookies make mistakes and grow than to watch overpaid veterans like Parker drop balls and be completely unproductive. Rookies have an excuse, veterans do not. We have veterans costing us games with penalties, dropped balls, etc and BB doesn't put them in the dog house like he does ROOKIES... it makes no sense whatsoever

Only thing that might make sense is if Boutte has an attitude... The audacity of a rookie to make social media accounts about being set "free" is insane

Demario Douglas fumbles then is MIA after that. Boutte doesn't get his foot down then is MIA after that. Juju and Parker can fumble, get outmuscled on interceptions, drop passes, run short of the sticks on third down, and just be all around bad players who offer nothing. I would rather the young guys be out there making mistakes with the potential of big plays and an idea for the future than two overpaid bums making mistakes and offering no upside.

So there's a 6th round pick who can't see the field, and some of y'all think he's a bust. Not sure how he can be a bust, if other than this kid originally had what many considered 1st round talent, and he's squandered it away by pissing off his coaches both in college and the NFL. If he came out with a spotless record and Bill somehow ruined him, then we could *****. Instead we've got a 6th rounder who, it sounds like anyway, doesn't have what it takes between the ears to play big time football. There's a reason he was a 6th rounder.

Seems silly to be turn this into a Parker/JuJu issue when Reagor is also clearly ahead of Boutte as well.

Boutte doesn't make a single catch. Doesn't gain a single yard.

Should know its not college football anymore.

Obviously doesn't.

he's soft between the ears.
