Don't get me wrong but win against Raiders might get a false impression we are on the right track and everything is ok. Loss against them might open Kraft's eyes and speed up what is unavailable - changes, huge changes.
Sorry to say that, but one or two wins more give us....what? As a Patriot fan I am accustomed to see my team fighting of playoffs and the title. This year I cannot see it comes true. We need to start build another team based on different staff and players.
Trust me I am so confused about that situation.

Meyers gonna cook us while Juju catches a ball behind the line and falls to the ground.
Juju won’t be playing due to being in the concussion protocol most likely.

So BB is sticking with Mac because he didn't assemble a competent Roster on Offense. I don't really cheer for injuries but it's only way to rid ourselves of Mac Jones right now.

wait, you think the WR Screens targeting juju slow schuster are not good? This dude has the agility of a statue
but why using Douglas, BoB outsmarting the opposing DC

Even though Oakland only scored 17 last night, the offense looks at least semi-competent. McDaniels mixed it up well and threw in a gadget play or two - something we have yet to see from the Patriots through 5 games. The Patriots defense is ridiculously overrated, even more so now with no Judon or Gonzalez. They will be a bottom half unit as well at the end of 17 games. How do the Pats win this game? They're going to have to be nearly perfect - no turnovers, over 50% on third downs. No penalties. This team, been saying it for years - is not good enough to overcome turnovers, and it's gotten to the point where if they don't get good field position, you can forget about scoring. It is THAT bad.
Nothing about this team is cause for optimism. I don't see much of anything from preventing another embarrassment. Usually when things snowball they get worse and worse and worse. Against New Orleans, the team quit, the coaches quit, and it was a morgue inside that stadium. Belichick's streak of futility vs starting quarterbacks continued Sunday. The Patriots are going to need Oakland to hand them the game to come out on top - one of those four turnover games or something like that. Right now the Patriots have the look of a historically bad NFL team - we're talking 1990 New England Patriots bad.

Adam Schefter says to expect some changes to the Pats offense on Sunday.

I suspect that’s what the OLine is trying to do.

It’s clear to me that the offense doesn’t want to play for Mac Jones.

When Herbert got hit out of bound the other week, the entire team went to defend him. When Mac got thrown to the ground by the Jets player and then pushed by Sauce, nobody cared.

Another tough matchup (really shouldn’t be, this team is really not good under jmd). But jmd seems to own bill and mac is one if the few qbs they did well against in a pitiful 2022 season for them. Crosby is licking his chops. Oh well, if we do lose again this could put us on a very realistic track to land caleb or drake as it likely means 1-7.

Lol just reminded myself we’re a 10 win team last year if we could have beaten these clowns or the bears who were even more pathetic.

On a positive note juju is in concussion protocol unfortunately along with Douglas.. so we likely will get to see Reagor or Boutte this week. It's all Fallin apart let the younger unproven players play.
