Maybe this is just me, quite possibly me missing what barmores role in the defense is supposed to be, but it seems like he needs to take it to the next level... If I'm wrong someone please explain what I'm missing
Your absolutely right, Barmore is supposed to be in interior rusher.. run stuffer. He typically does get double teamed alot so teams do respect his ability. This is another important season for Barmore as well. He's missed some time with injury. He'll need to stay on the field and make his impact going forward.. he's a very important part to what the defense does up front. He's a force though..

It's probably not a good thing for an unestsablish player to have a hustle level lower than Trent Brown's during the preseason.

Barmore is pretty established.. he is a force on the D line.. he normally gets 2 lineman on him.. that helps judon and uche on the edges. He just needs to remain healthy so he can be a consistent force for the Defense. He can play all 3 downs.. he was playing at an elite level his rookie year.. then he got hurt.

It will be interesting if they sign another fatty or not. I think we need a fatty for goal line stands. I agree that the fatty is a thing of the past, but there are special situations where a fatty is helpful.
I think if one comes available that they value, they will pick him up. I like Roberts and would like to see him for another year. Maybe Guy would be the odd man out if a run stopper is picked up.

LOL. The ideal football team needs three things: guy who are fast, guys who are fat, and guys who are crazy.

Can’t believe the ***ot era is already over. That cut sucks all kinds of ****s. We all knew that ***ot would probably have to take it in the ass when the time for final cut downs arrived, but it’s a tough blow nonetheless.

It wouldn't surprise me if Carl Davis ended up back on our practice squad and they brought him up liberally as a situational run stuffer against massive offensive lines.

Patriots Release 11 Players

I think everyone’s already been mentioned: DL Carl Davis Jr., LB Diego ***ot, DB Brad Hawkins Jr., TE Johnny Lumpkin, RB C.J. Marable, DB Quandre Mosely. DB Rodney Randle Jr., DL Justus Tavai, OL Micah Vanterpool, TE Scotty Washington and LB Carson Wells

Pitts flashed a bit I would be happy to have him on the PS.
I think that’s where him and Cunningham end up.
Unless the Colts or Ravens swoop in on Cunningham.
