Which are you watching?

If your local, you’re “lucky” enough to get both at the same time, plus 3 segments of Paul Perillo!
Bob and Zo never tell you who is in the game. In preseason that is important. I can't bring myself to watch the twin cast. I watched five minutes of the Mannings once. Don't need to watch guys talking about anything other than the game. Paul Petrillo brings nothing to the telecast. I miss the old timers who reported on the game and didn't have contrived story lines and inserts from third parties that add nothing to the game.

Turned on the first pre-season game and said, "who is that pink bloated mess on my screen?".

Poor Zo. He better change his ways, IMO.

I try not to listen to the announcers now by putting the volume down low. It's not like the good ole days when we had men trained in the profession instead of ex-jocks.

I would give up announcers for a quick replay of every down. It's evolved to where they seem to think they should be talking non stop.

We were spoiled with Gil. And Gino.

Don't forget the daily 3 Stooges too! Heck I even used to watch Ask the Manager...
The seemingly endless absence of the Stooges during the film restoration provided Malcolm Butler thread-sized letters of complaints to the show, which was ridiculously entertaining thanks to Dana and the crusty, irascible Bill Flynn.
