JETS SUCK 2022 EDITION (OFFICIAL): A SALACIOUS SAGA OF SLEAZY SHENANIGANS

Jets "Suck" maybe but then maybe not.
I watched their second pre-season game without Rodgers playing, he was just on a headset. They were a vastly improved NFL football team. Yeah, it was a pre-season game but so were the Dolphins, Bills, and Patriots games I watched. I have YouTubeTV with the NFL package. So all things being equal, the Jets will be better than the Patriots this season at least for one game and maybe two.

Go Pats
It might turn out that you are right and I'll eat my words. But, the Jets have a long history of winning April and August. Let the games begin!

Their offensive line isn't stacked. And Rodgers is no Tom Brady in terms of keeping his body in top condition.
The OL is the weakness, but it’s also the LT spot that’s the biggest question mark. He ton can’t stay healthy. The interior OL isn’t all that bad. As for Rodgers not keeping his body in top condition? I hope he blows his knee out in Week 1.

The combo of an iffy OL and 40-year-old pocket quarterback who is no workout warrior could be this team's Achilles heel.

Anything but a Super Bowl will be a miserable failure for the Jete.
I live in NYC. Judging from the media hype (Hard Knocks anyone?), I think it's fair to say that anything short of a winning the AFCCG will be a "miserable failure." Losing in the SB will also be a "failure," but the Jete faithful will be booking their flights for the SB in 2025.

FWIW, I don't even have them winning the AFCE. Playing deep into January and then going to Vegas in February, other than to visit the casinos, is not happening for Gang Green, IMO. Just one fan's view. Bookmark this and call me out on February 11 if I'm wrong.

I'm not going to lie, they're a pretty talented team at multiple spots. Not flawless of course. Whether they can put it together and pull off a playoff win, or 2, or 3 or 4 is another matter. If OL is an issue and they have cap space around the trade deadline, I'm sure they'll try and possibly overpay for a guy. Perhaps Bakhtiari? These types of teams typically don't pan out, although the 2020 Bucs are an exception thanks to Brady. They were damn good in 2021 too, but injuries killed them. Maybe the 2021 Rams can count too.

Honestly that's pretty easy to say for all but a few teams (49ers, Chiefs, Bengals, Eagles, maybe Bills)

True dat. But, I was addressing the hype around a particular team and not the fate of most in the NFL.

Zeke supposedly puts his hands on women, too. You don’t need another reason to hate the Jets. They’re the Jets. That’s reason enough.
I actually used to feel sorry for the Jets. Then they conspired with Tuna Sh!t to ruin our SB run in 1995 and any chance of empathy left with him.

Seemed legit to me. Rodgers' "everything is beautiful" facade is beginning to tarnish around the edges.
It's hilarious how the Jets think that Rodgers can duplicate what Brady did in his 40's, even though he was never really close to Brady at any age.

When my parrot does his business in the AM, I used to call it a "massive morning dump", now I simply call it a "Jet". Only fitting considering the swirl of green and white colors.
