Ah, OK, got it. I don't consider that as being serious sports analysis. Their job is to create artificial hype and an addictive-like relationship with their listeners. It is less sophisticated than the algorithms of big social media, but relies on the same hormonal responses.

If we are without Gesicki for a while, both Sokol and Frisker have been seeming to do well in the camp reports.
The silver lining is if Gesecki goes down we just use more 3 wr and less 2 te.

There’s no silver lining to losing him.
I’m hoping it’s nothing serious.
Waiting on Bill to come to over the whole x ray with a laser pointer and answering ant and all questions.
Of course there is a silver lining. If you lose him you replace him with a starter level player in a different alignment instead of playing the backup.
It’s much less a blow if Bourne, Thornton or Douglas get more playing time because he is injured than is Sokol would.

Different types of players… will be interesting to see what direction the team will go in.
Right, but I think both Sokol and Frisker can be effective in different types of situations. I'm intrigued to see them, even as I agree, I'd rather see 3WR more often than 2TE alignments.

hand wringers can relax..

Could've been a lot worse, glad it wasn't. So about 4 weeks should help him heal up. Hopefully he will be back by week 1.

Great news if report is accurate. Went to bed thinking he was gone for the season.
Rapoport is up and down on his reporting
I‘ll take it at face value for now till BB gives us ALL the details. (tongue in cheek)
Right? I heard that Tom Curran and Greg Bedard were pessimistic about his injury, ( then again when ISN'T Bedard pessimistic lol ). Not sure how credible Rapoport is when it comes to the Patriots, but I do like the good news, for now.

Darnell Washington - Luke Muscrave -Tucker Kraft.
It doesn’t work that way. In order to draft one of those three, you have to subtract someone from their rookie class.

So they should have drafted Muscrave over White?….pass.

or

Washington/Kraft over Mapu?….also pass.

Regarding Washington, he obviously wouldn’t have been able to replace Gesicki’s production in the passing game. Also, you have no idea what his medicals look like. Multiple TE-needy teams passed on him twice (2nd and 3rd rounds). There were concerns about his knees league-wide but you still think they should’ve drafted him, without knowing why.

No need to get all uptight dude I wanted one of those younger TE for the future and others did too. But I am fine with who we drafted we might have to Trade for one if Mike Gesicki is gone for a while. That said I had a knot in my stomach when Buffalo drafted Dalton Kincaid...Travis Kelce Jr. dude have some serious hands and he can run too I hope we can consistently cover him.

There is No silver lining to losing a good player in this offense; we have so few of them as it is.
