I am extremely curious to see how things look during joint practices this week... and then, obviously, during the game itself. That helps settle the question of "is the offense kind of bad" or "is the defense just that good"

Does anyone know if the NFL network will air the practices? I know they have shown some of the joint practices live in the past.

Yeah, but at least they added a RB and offensive lineman, so I figure the LB is just another camp body at this point.

True. I'm not sure losing a starter in practice makes me feel any better than losing a starter in a game, though.

I had to look it up as well. Been hearing it more and more.

Basically it's the same **** teams have been doing for decades. Just a different name for the times cuz people need an emoji for it.

I believe the play involves shallow crossing routes involving two offensive players at different route depths and involves a rub or pick of one of the pursuing defenders, leading to an open receiver (WR/TE/RB).

Just what we don't need. Gesicki is one of the 2 most important offensive additions this year. If he broke something, we're going to be stuck with Sokol, and lose an important RZ weapon.

what is a mesh throw?

Like a pick/rub route. I believe it means to add more receivers/backs to a side than there are DB's...guys up front block and one guy cuts underneath and runs across the formation kinda like Amendola did in Houston for the crucial 2 point conversion. But not 100% sure.
