I'm more concerned they're overworking the kid.

I get that he needs to be forged in fire to start this season, but he seems to be in on every rep.

Make sure you don't wear him out, even young guys get physically and mentally tired.

I am thinking Six now and that's with Tyquan Thornton on IR or something. Parker - Juju - Bourne - Douglas - Boutte and Tre Nixon.

Don't think they've ever gone over 6, Slater doesn't count obviously.

Marcus Jones is also a dual player who provides versatility with roster decisions.

Joint practices and preseason will whittle this list down. Tre Nixon has a killer camp every year and by the final preseason game he's dropping passes and making mistakes. This will be true of a few of these guys.

People are so reactionary.
The first 3 days - "OMG, our offense is atrocious, Mac sucks!"
The last 2 days - "Wow, our WR's caught a ball in practice, we're the best!"... "but our CB's suddenly suck!"
Isn't that the goal - your top WR's & CB's will compete back and forth. And if they're both getting better throughout camp, you'll have both winning reps on and off. It's purely a good sign.
