Man did you call that. It seemed like the C's were on a great run without him, had a decent lead and then Mazzula put him back in the game and it all started to fall apart. Marcus Smart is a very frustrating player to watch. If he stuck to defense he'd be much more effective but he can't. He thinks he's a shooter.
The unforced turnovers.. I've never seen a championship caliber team fold like this in the playoffs.. Miami punked you both games on your home court!
They would be my preferred match-up in the Finals, but still no idea how we would slow down Jokic.

Oh ok.. well your team is playing with heart.. something my team outside of grant Williams has.. we have a bunch of nice guys.. IME was the constant to keep these guys engaged.. your team is just executing and playing smart ball.

Agreed, I believe Denver is the all around best team in the NBA.. my team has had some success.. however we have 17 banners. No one is catching that ever! Just like our 6 Lombardis! A real fan recognizes when thier team just doesn't have it.
Uhm, I hate to break it to you, but the Lakers already caught the Celtics.
They are tied at 17, if a basketball miracle happens or my team shows heart, comes back and they end up in the finals facing off for the battle for 18.. what a story that would be!

They just don't play with the heart of a champion.. we are getting out played by butler and some JAGs. This may be a sweep.
As much as I admire what Miami is doing/has done these playoffs (they have the competitive, take no prisoners attitude Boston's superior talent lacks), Bam isn't in the realm of Jokic, who thanks to a well-rounded game, is the NBA's unstoppable force of nature.
Exactly right, Miami intangibles makes up for thier lack of talent. They caught a celtics team that just doesn't have the heart of a champion.. championship caliber teams don't loose at home.
I'm already checked out, and on to the off season. I believe there will be a coaching change.. it's gonna be doc rivers is my thinking.. add some front court depth behind Williams, trade for a TRUE playmaking PG.. ball in Charlotte perhaps. Any other suggestions?
