OT: Brandin Cooks Traded to Cowboys

Eric ****erson was traded 4 times. Danny Amendola played on 4 different teams in 5 years

****erson was traded once, in his prime, amidst a contract dispute.

He was then traded 3 times his 30s when he couldn't even muster 4 yards/att or 750 yards in a season. Also note that after the last trade he didn't even play for the team he was "traded" to as he failed his physical.

Danny Amendola played on 4 teams in 5 year in his 30s. And I don't think anyone would consider Amendola a #1 WR.

Dang, Cooks really wanted to get out of there. While he gets the full $18M guaranteed this season ($6M from the Texans and $12M from the Cowboys), he gave up the $500k in per-game roster bonuses. He also took an additional $8M pay cut next season. He’s under contract for $8M in 2024 rather than the $16.5M that would have made him an obvious March 2024 cut.

Great move by him to be on a contender in his later years. Him and Lamb should really make the Cowboys Offense go.
