Benching/cutting is one thing, but suspending is something else entirely. You are taking money out of a man's pocket when you suspend him. (Yes cutting a player takes away money as well, but when a player gets cut they are free to go elsewhere.)IMO it simply comes down to Bill believes he needs a team completely on the same page to win.
If it means benching or cutting a key player, that is more important than any single game, even if it's a Super Bowl.
There are 2 sides to every story but based on their own statements from counsel, Bailey looks to have a strong case and Jones not so much.
