This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
Matt Patricia should be fired for that inside the Dolphins territory series when a first down effectively wins the game. Four absurdly conservative running plays that lost yardage when play action was called for to keep the Dolphins honest. Driving towards the opponent's goal line is a good thing.
I am sick and tired of watching the offense play not to lose while the defense is busting its ass to win the game.
Calling offensive game plays is about timing, not the ratio of run/pass.
When you take a girl out on a date, the ratio of jokes made/passes thrown is irrelevant. What matters is the result: Unfortunately in our case, her going home alone at the end of the night and wanting someone else to take her out next time.
With Agholor surely gone, and perhaps Bourne. Along with Meyers a UFA (which I think we'll re-sign)
Which of these top FA's would you want to sign?
Juju Smith-Schuster
DJ Chark
Allen Lazard
I would take any of them honestly. Chark is a solid deep threat, Juju a good slot guy, Lazard is a huge target. Hopefully we draft/trade for somebody dynamic though.
Unfortunately for us, they then might move the game to Detroit again, and unless Matty misses the flight Jones will be dropped back to pass 33 times again to be swarmed under.
Thanks for sparing us the exclamation points this time. Still need a little work on the churlish content, but the improvement in punctuation is a relief. See you next week.
The problem you and a few others here spend your time relentlessly trashing the guy, its none stop on the GDT. Hid passes ae to high, to low, to long to short. He holds on to the ball to long, or throws it without chcking down or he takes a sack when he could have thrown it. etc.etc etc. add nauseum. Your whole raison d'etre is to critasize everything he doew while ignoring issues like the o line is terrible and doesn't give him much time most of the time. He has a clown for an OC who is trying to teach mac the west coast offense when he doesn't know it himself and mca has never played in the west coast offense. Then theres the reicevers which are at most second string on most decent teams
the way the last few weeks went, i was almost sure the onside kick would be botched and they would find a new way to screw it up. Thank god. This defense is a playoff caliber defense with 7 TDs, We should be locked in for the playoffs by now with a sane offense.
While I've noted that DMac has lost something these last 2 years, it'll still be a huge hole to fill when he's gone.
Wonder if J. Mills could take that spot to lock down the secondary at FS? With Marcus and Jack Jones taking starting spots at CB with J. Jones next year?
As far as Slater - hard to replace the locker room leader/chaplin. But Davis & Schooler seem ready to handle STs.

All of those criticisms are factual and it's legitimate to question why he's so bad now with two seasons under his belt. I don't ignore those other issues (I commented about the OL and coaching decisions in today's GDT) but I can see why you would say it should be more equal. I don't agree.
Mac had me wanting to see Zappe in the 2nd half... but then every 8 or 10 plays he has a really great pass.
Still so hard to tell if he's just not good enough, or the maddening inconsistency is totally on this inept offensive plan this year.
