This is as good a thread to mention this, but I just saw a grade of the last draft by one of the football sites, and they see 16 players as already proving they were worth the pick. The rest have grades of C or lower

This is a pretty good hit rate for a draft. Usually you see 1/3rd play well as rookies, another 1/3rd come around in later years, and 1/3rd are busts
