As usual, Nick Folk is going to end up our leading scorer. But this is kind of what we expected. Defense clamps the Vikings, and Folk delivers the finishing blow as our offense sputters in redzone.
He’s super accurate but not much power. So he isn’t great beyond about 50, and in the wind he will have some issues. But in normal-ish conditions from 50 and less he is very very good.
What I don’t get is that Jones was getting intermediate and deep passes lining up under center and dropping back, but they haven’t let him try it on the last two drives.
Our play calling is so brutally predictable. I’m waiting for the Vikings can step up and get an interception with all these side ways passes to the flat.
