Report: Brady and Gisele are Divorcing

Why are you all over this divorce thread? Clearly you don’t like Tom and I’d bet a lot of money you aren’t married or ever have been so you don’t really know the ups and downs of a long term relationship.
You mean literally. Which may help explain his demeanor.

Neither Brady nor Belichick are alone in being highly driven, very successful men whose marriages suffered as a result of their careers. There are a lot of such men out there. Unless something criminal is actually happening (which is not the case for either of those men) then I am not going to tell others how they should live their lives.
A lot of those same men will say later in life they made the wrong decision when putting their career ahead of their family life.

As one of the many geezers on this thread, I'll say you get many, many years to rethink all those decisions you made when you were younger.

TB12 is "only" 45. He'll probably get another 45 years or perhaps even more to think about how he's handling this situation right now.

45 years of second guessing the last 3-4 years is my guess. This isn't something that all of a sudden just happened.

I didn't say I "could care less" (which actually would mean I cared). I said I wasn't pulling for him yet I respect his game as GOAT. But this thread isn't about football, it's about two of the world's richest human beings divorcing each other. That happens to interest me.
I don't recall Melinda and Bill Gates or the Bezos' divorce having such a long thread and they make Tom and Giselle look poor in comparison

Yeah, I looked and didn't find them either. But why would Melinda and Bill Gates or the Bezos' divorce be of interest to folks at Patsfans.com as thread topics? They might have more money than Tom and Gisele, but Tom and Gisele remain two of the world's richest humans.

You can check out those other folks here if you want:

It's not the money but the person who interests you. I have no problem with that either.

Just thought it was strange that you said it was only the fact that is was some of the world's richest people when we have in fact seen the world's richest couples get divorced with zero interest.

Just imagine the worldwide hero Tom would be if he quit football right now to patch things up with Gisele and they rode off together into the sunset. It would be forever immortalized in the pantheon of romantic gestures. Hollywood film studios would scramble for rights to the story and Tom probably would have his pick of post-NFL careers, political or otherwise.

Is it a stretch to think TB might be Zo's source? One would think they have a relationship of some type and he would have knowledge about personal stuff, and he could have know for years what their marriage is kinda like. You'd think at the very least he would have access to guys in Tom's inner circle (Jules, Danny A, Gronk) who would know what the deal is.

Think about the people you know in your life. Who has rock sold marriages, and who doesn't? Which one of your buddies is married to a raging b!tch? Which one is a miserable pr!ck? Who has a couple drinks playing golf and can't keep his d!ck in his pants? Which buddy's wife has too much wine and can't keep her legs closed? We all know which couples in our lives are struggling and which aren't. Zo might be in that spot with the Bradys.
Could be any one of those people you mention. Maybe AG but I would think he'd be careful about talking out of school. Could be a Kraft- especially since he has i'm sure been with Tom and Gisele privately and in a casual setting where she might have let her hair down a bit.

And a lot of them will say getting divorced was the right move and then proceed to live a happier life with another woman.

There's no one single path to happiness that works for all the people all the time. Sometimes getting divorced is the right move. I have faith that Tom knows what's better for him than any of us do.

AG?

Nevermind I got it.

Yeah. Half the population would love it and the other half would barf. But I bet it would touch off a ripple effect culturally affecting more than a few relationships.

That's kind of what I thought we were getting last year. Six rings with NE, one with TPA, then a year to do what he said and play till 45 and see if he could pull it off one more time, then he'd do the right thing by the wife and family and retire. Looking from the outside in I think he's ruining the plot line, but as we are all saying, none of us are in the room.

Well, I'm sure he feels he's making the right moves now. Lord knows how he'll feel about it over time.

Reports suggest Gisele is the one driving the divorce:

"She is playing offense and he is playing defense," People's source claims of Bündchen. "He wants to protect himself, protect his interests, but he's only starting to go the legal route in his defense from her. He doesn't want this to be ugly, he doesn't want to fight. If the divorce is happening — and it seems like it is — he wants it to go as smoothly as possible."

I think you over estimate the power of celebrity.

Beck? If you are trying to be insulting? Just come out with it.

Disagree on what pertaining to BB?
Nah, he’s just a famous survivor from Mt Everest. It amuses me to say Beck instead of Robert.

Um..I just think he has a longer leash with you than he does with me. I seriously question his abilities as a GM in the past 5 years amongst other things. I question his ability right now to win an afc east title without Brady

Hey its my first post in this forum

I got my countrywoman (and distant-marriage-related)'s back

Tom is a **** lol. Kept promising would drop out of football at 45 only to keep attached with a cozy network job once retired

My girl Gisele aint taking care of the 2 children alone, you know?!
