This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
So after watching this one, this is the conundrum - Meyers absolutely is not as dynamic as Bourne. Meyers gets open by half a step when Bourne is open by a step+. That said how many clutch plays did Meyers have 4? 5? Really tough to take that off the field, and he's become a plus blocker.
Best case I'd probably like to start seeing Meyers fill the "Amendola" role and Bourne get more of the early down snaps as the season progresses.
I think too many in the media & too many fans want to crown the Super Bowl champion in September. How many people do you think are on the Miami Dolphins bandwagon after two games? There’s a massive graveyard filled with teams that started hot & faded down the stretch, there’s usually at least one every year.
Patriots won today, as Julian Edelman once said, “I’d rather win ugly than lose pretty.” The Patriots did some things well, and have a lot of things to improve upon going forward. Every team does. Just keep improving. Still tons of season left
Wilson and Peppers were massive tone setters for this game. The quickness backing into a deep zone is an improvement over last year early and the Peppers just came in late with with an attitude and a hitting mentality. Doesn't mean I don't want Duggar back, but it just shows the depth of the safety spot.
I'm hopeful the coaches show those two Peppers open field hard tackles over and over in the film room this week.
I live in a Pittsburgh suburb too, married to a Steelers fan. My older son is a Steelers fan too, even though I’ve tried to make him a Pats fan, he just has too many Steelers fans around him. He was mad at me after the game haha
I grew up in a Pittsburgh suburb (Edgewood), but moved to Boston when I was a teen and stayed for college and beyond. I switched allegiances after a few years; so glad that my father turned down his job offer in Cleveland and accepted the job in Boston.

My boys are very young right now (8,6,3) so it can change later on but so far so good they were pulling for the pats with me! Though there were some looks of horror from my yelling.
Disagree, he put up a jump ball over the CBs head where Agholor could get it. I thought for a 50/50 ball with the receiver pressed up against the sideline, it was a pretty good throw
