We’re on page 12 on a thread about a player we were 100% sure would be cut or traded before this off-season even began… not because there’s anything new or original to be talked about, but just so the whiners can vent yet again.

You guys needed your own echo chamber because actual Patriot fans were sick of listening to the self loathing and misanthropic whining so the mods built you one.

The realists here accepted that after 2019 a rebuild needed to happen, so we braced ourselves for the struggle that we knew had to occur if we were ever going to be successful again.

I can't add anything else to what was already said about Harry being a first round pick but if he was that bad then why didn't the pundits and experts say so after that draft? I mean...

He will. Their WR group is one of the worst in the NFL. Harry is bad but still has the size and other physical attributes to be an NFL player...for the time being. He may flame out in Chicago but they'll give him a chance to do so.

BB has had some massive blunders in drafts as we all know…..but Harry was his Titanic…..7th rounder in draft 2 years away for former 1st round pick!? Yikes

I just looked at their list of WR’s and this is what’s wrong with teams. They draft QB’s so high, but then set them up to fail.

It’s going to be a rough year for Fields.

Zo has screamed multiple times about the fact Harry seems not to know what he is doing pre-snap. I know Zo has mentioned Harry has trouble knowing where to line up, if he is on the line of scrimmage, and when he is supposed to go in motion. He may be slow, unable to get open, and have questionable hands but to still not know the most basic fundamentals of the play at this point in his career is inexcusable.

Yea insane.. that was YEAR 3 for him, and a Rookie QB early in the season had to help him with the BASICS of lining up correctly

Guy was clearly a lazy POS who cared more about his instagram and "vibin" than he did about football

What exactly did Chicago gain? A new waterboy? Someone to keep the end of the bench warm? There is such a thing as addition by subtraction. BB finally letting go of his albatross is exactly that. LOL

He's still very young & still on rookie contract. He had great college production. A simplified system and better coaching may benefit him.

It's a low risk, high reward move by Bear's GM. Which is exactly what we'd be saying about BB if the reverse were true.

He’s pretty worthless, but he should make the roster. Right now, Fields can only has Mooney. So if Mooney is his first read and he’s covered, it’s time to take off. Harry is (apparently) a HoF blocker, so he should at least have a role in their offense even if that’s all he’s doing. If/when he washes out there, his career is over.

My buddy is a bears fan and laughed at me for the pick at the time. He knows Harry is a bottom tier WR, and has no real expectations. He also acknowledges they have a terrible WR corps so he could actually make their team.

I think he's just an underwhelming WR added to an underwhelming bears team, so they probably are level headed enough to know it's a flier.

Just unfortunate he didn't pan out and ended up being a bust. Gonna go the way of dobson and float around another team or two before exiting the league.

Honestly this is atrocious...not so much to celebrate...

its just cutting your losses, this will allow closure on what has been an absolute disaster of a 1st round pick
