As Goblin mentioned, seems very similar to Jam, maybe his injury is serious?
I thought Jam made sense as a 1-2 down back behind Rham, guess the new guy slots into that role now.

I also suggest sending a 7th to Houston for Will Anderson in case he gets cut. Don’t wanna risk it, betting that he gets through waivers..

Sounds OK to me, I suppose. Hopefully, unlike Hendo, he's interested in pass blocking (Wasn't that supposed to be a strength for Henderson") and believes in keeping your eyes open when you get near the line of scrimmage. If this is the trio, that's probably adequate, but I hope they draft a good RB prospect next year. Rhamondre's effort is inconsistent, Henderson has some limitations which do not seem to be on the mend, and the new guy is a castoff, gotten for a 7th.

Neither Reed nor Kiner will be on roster by end of season.

I think Reed has a chance based on his PSU play.
I said in another thread I put the chances at 50/50 Reed is the opening roster in 2027, but he will have a chance to determine that outcome. He's a good STs player.
The RB is foreign to me.
If one are on our opening roster in 2027 the trade is...ok.
If not, well the trade certainly won't be on the Pats front office resume.

I wouldn't count Reed out yet.
He's a very good STs player.
Schooler is hurt and in case you haven't watched, our kick coverage has been bad in the pre-season.
Reed could stick on STs play alone.
