Harris and Bailey are saving it from being ranked below 2017 but it's up there. 2007 was also bad.

Raiders got the better of this deal. IMO Stidham remains an unknown quantity and Josh obviously sees something in him to make this effort.

Or it could be that Josh just needs a QB in the room who already knows his offense.

Raiders don't need WR anymore..
The Raiders added: Davante Adams, Demarcus Robinson and Mack Hollins to Hunter Renfroe and Bryan Edwards. Edwards may not even make the team because Robinson and Hollins both bring Special Teams play while Edwards does not.

A little surprised they're doing it now rather than having the extra camp arm, but I'm sure they can find anyone with a pulse off the street to just take superfluous camp reps if need be.

Maybe the smurf-sized UDFA QB/WR/RB/?? from Miami will get 4th QB reps in camp. The Pats apparently worked him out at QB.

That gets kinda complicated. 2017 first rounder was traded for Brandin Cooks. Brandin Cooks was traded for two picks One of whom became Wynn. That other pick was traded and became Keion Crossen, Who Was traded for a pick that became Cassh Maluia.

So that 2017 pick resulted in one year of Cooks, a year of Crossen, Isaiah Wynn and Maluia. ​

If he can ever overcome that with the help of a good shrink or time, he could become a serviceable QB.
