So I'm watching CLNS Media to see their mock draft, but then they bring up the idea that Stephon Gilmore could come back to New England cos his free agent market isn't that hot. So would you welcome him back to New England? Should BB bring another ex-Patriot back to the fold?

Are they speculating he might return, or are they hearing from sources he might return? The phrasing above reads like speculation, so I’m not really putting any stock into it at this point.

I’d love to have him back. I saw the chiefs would be interested if he lowered his demands, so it seems like there will be competition if he lowers his demands.

Last I heard, he was rumored to potentially go to the Chiefs. Not sure he would ever come back here. He was not happy with the Pats when he left and unlike Butler, there isn't a half decade in between for him to have a cooling off period.

He wasn't happy with the Pats but seems they were right not to pay him. No one seems to want to. Sometimes if the market isn't what you thought it was you have to eat some humble pie

Also thought it was disingenuous for him to act like he was playing on 7million when it's because they upped his salary other years with signing bonuses etc.
