Who was/is your favorite Patriot

impossible ... but fun.
Jules
Willie
Vince
Rodney
Teddy J (bone-crunching hits, not his anti BB agenda)
Apologies: Gronk

Prior to Brady...this guy made so many huge plays that storybook 1985 season...as a guy who started watching the Pats in the early 80s, I loved this guy....I also got his autograph at a local department store during the 85 season....

Nice, I forgot about ole Fred Marion, but he was an excellent player! Good call.

Mo Lewis (Honorary Patriot)

Either Armond Armstead or Shawn Crable. I hear they’re both gonna be ready to play this season.

Tedy Bruschi. #2 isn't close. The guy embodied the Patriot Way of the first part of the Dynasty. Brady and Troy Brown would be second and third.

Pre-2000: Stanley Morgan
Post-2000 (non-TB): Julianoroberto Gronkedelmanowski
And overall: Tom Brady

Pre: Tippett
During: I can't pick just one. NFL first world problems :thumbsup:

Pre:Tippett
During: not brady: Edelperson
All Time: Brady

Troy Brown - especially for horseshoes, archery, racquetball, and shuffleboard... and making old people get vengeance by sticking a cake on his chair.

Brady Era:
Brady
Edelman
Bruschi
Big Vince
Moss

Pre Brady:
Grogan
Russ Francis
Mosi Tatupu
Ben Coates

Brady and Belichick are tied. I am trying to figure out which one is better though so I can remove the other from my list.

I'll let you know what I decide.

Pre-ring era: Don Blackmon and Raymond Clayborn

Interesting you have Coates but no Gronk
I absolutely loved Gronk when he was here, 100% one of my favorites if not THE favorite during his time here, but the mouth running, and subsequent divorce has left me the bitter ex. I may come around when he retires, but for now, I remain mad. Before everyone jumps on me, I understand this is a "me" problem.

I had lots of them. Get ready for a long list:

Drew Bledsoe
Curtis Martin
Sam Gash
Ben Coates
Glenn when he was on the field
McGinest when he was on the field
Chris Slade
Ted Johnson and his no neck
The secondary of Ty Law, Willie Clay, Lawyer Milloy and Larry Whigham. They were ahead of their time dancing around/group celebrating when a big play occurred.
Teddy Bruschi on his name alone. He was a backup with Parcells and Carroll until ‘99.

Lol that's fair. Gronk other than TB is the only active player in the Top 100 and mainly due to his time with us

I loved his game and his attitude. Running dudes over, seeking contact, sending guys "out da club". Amazing. He was a man among boys, and that's saying something in the NFL.
