Nobody's competing for anything right now. I know it's that time of the year, but talk of competition really doesn't start until training camp (or at the very least after the draft). I would bet my left kidney this is not most talented player they add to the CB room.

As well as 98% of free agency, post June cuts, and potential trades. LONG way to go yet. If this is their only CB move as of mini-camp in June, and it's Mitchell competing with Williams, Wade, Bryant, and Ross for the spot opposite Mills, I'll be worried. But like I said, that's extremely unlikely.

Yeah and if we can get a pass rusher with Judon we won't need to cover as long and that would give the secondary some margin of error

Again, not to pick on you personally (because it's definitely not just you), but this argument bugs the crap out of me. No one is saying don't discuss it. No one is saying jump for joy over the signing of Terrence Mitchell. But when you say things like, "He's competing for CB1", it sounds dreadfully premature, and you can't get defensive every time someone points that out.

I hink it is obvious that more can be added, it is a comment on the current status of the group. As more is added, I will comment on that too. Hope my comments become more positive
