It's easy, and only takes a few moments. If we hadn't gotten Jones I'd want him but not with Patricia as the OC.Baker only makes about $18M this year, final year of his 5-year rookie deal. He'll get traded since the money is fully guaranteed and I am sure someone wants him and will pay a decent pick for him, but they will acquire him knowing he needs a new deal in 2023.
I agree - Collins would be my pick for RT and Onwenu at RG. Then you roll with Brown and hope he doesn't get hurt too much and that your backup LT is halfway decent (though IMO Brown's contract will likely have his injury history baked into its cost)Yeah his issues were at LG. Think it may of been his first time he’s lined up there in years. Played RG in college.
My only issue with Brown is the injury history, same with Wynn if we’re talking extensions with Wynn as well then.
I think a lot of the draft prospects will be determined by what we’re going to do in free agency, my draft guys were if we didn’t really address them in the free agency period, but still think we will come away with one guy in the draft for the line.
The more I look into Collins the more I’d like him to be our RT for the next 3-5 years, would give us the security we need at a tackle spot that we haven’t had since Solder and Cannon/Vollmer. Which has been a long time.
Another pass rusher with Judon would do wondersMcCourty and Judon are teaming up to recruit Chandler Jones back to NE. They both took their shirts off and took pictures at a police station parking lot in honor of him.
But seriously, I'd love to see Jones and Judon rushing from the outside.
That’s not unusual. They will add another 10+ guys each year through the draft, FA and UDFA, so that puts them almost at a full roster in 2016 with the guys under contract and the natural acquisitions. Plus some of the 40+ players here now that aren’t signed through 2024 will be extended.I just thought I would throw this here. The Pats definitely have a nice salary cap situation over the next few years, but these are the guys under contract. That’s it! The next few seasons are gonna bring some exciting and tough decisions. Some I definitely won’t like, and others I will love. Either way, this team is going to look drastically different over the next few years. Bill is going to have a great chance to reset the middle and upper class structure of this team.
*also want to add that in 2024 they’ve got a whopping 16 guys under contract.
We will see. Both gonna cost a bunch, so I doubt it.
That's normal. Only one team has more than 18 signed for the 2024 season..

did you sleep through last year's offseason? Not complaining or anything but I’ve heard this story before. Patriots interested in high profile every free agency as of late, and nothing happens.
No I didn’t, they signed 2s and 3s, I’m talking legit bonafide number 1.did you sleep through last year's offseason?
That being said, It is rarely cost-efficient to sign a high profile free agent who is a free agent because he didn't think he was being paid enough by his former team. Of course, there are exceptions, especially at the QB position.
OK, of last year wasn't enough, be prepared to be disappointed. The patriots just don't do more than we did last year.No I didn’t, they signed 2s and 3s, I’m talking legit bonafide number 1.
Like I said just now, I’m not complaining so not sure why I’d be disappointed.OK, of last year wasn't enough, be prepared to be disappointed. The patriots just don't do more than we did last year.
fair enoughLike I said just now, I’m not complaining so not sure why I’d be disappointed.
