Who will be the new OC?

Right because he has only been employed as a 1 or 2 for about a dozen years and when we tried to sneak him through as a 3 he was snatched up immediately. Other than that, great post.

Was that before or after the fiasco in KC?

I wouldn't be surprised to read that an NFL QBs coach, especially for a classy organization such as the NEP, is paid a little bit more than $50K...

Hmmm what do ya know...
That position hasn't existed on the Patriots' staff for 16 of the past 17 years, though. The OC and QB Coach have been the same person (either with both titles or as QB coach who also calls plays), except 2020 when McDaniels was only OC while Fisch was QB coach. They have had a quality control/QB coach, an assistant QB coach, and offensive assistants who work with the QBs, which are probably more in line with that $50k estimate.

He isn’t hung up on titles, you are. He has a process ti develop coaches which you evidently do not understand. Your lack of understanding it doesn’t make it wrong. It’s worked, why question it?
Please let’s not get into the moronic cheap with players argument.
Since when are coaches more important than players? If coaches have success it's because of the players, not some grand scheme. That has been proven almost every year and especially so by Brady and Belichick recently.

Give me some examples of players that Bill paid top dollar for and kept. I see a lot of great players who couldn't get their payday here and left. Not Bill though. He has no problem being the highest paid HC.

When did you become a name-caller? You never used to be one.

Please post the salary of patriots position coaches with no coaching experience who make $100K or more.

Even at $200K (which isn't happening on the patriots), it is unreasonable to expect Hoyer to take such a position.

It’s getting harder and harder for Bill worshippers to carry his water. It’s going to get worse and worse has it slowly begins to dawn on them that “no one gets paid but me” Bill is not a worthy idol. I just heard Shefter tweeted out that Bill today told a Denny’s server to keep the change when he handed her a $20 for his $14.40 breakfast tab. Someone should alert a Nobel committee.

I didn’t call you a name.

I’m not sure where you are getting this straw man argument about players or coaches being more important, nor efagg to proof you think there is of whatever you are trying to say.

The patriots use their cap allotment every year. It is beyond ignorant to say a team spending all the money it can is cheap with players. Choosing to allot it in a different manner than you would isn’t being cheap with players it’s having a different system of valuing them COMPARED TO EACH OTHER. If you go to dinner and order the most expensive enter and drink water and I order drinks, appetizers and a less expensive entree and we spend the sand amount, your argument amounts to I am cheap when I go out to dinner, which is completely inaccurate

No one needs to “carry the water of the greatest ever”
Contrary to the fantasy you wish to create in order to trash the man who delivered you the success you appear to think you earned the Patriots have always paid everyone as well as any other organization.

Do you have access to the salaries of patriot coaches? You must since you are so adamant about what “isn’t happening on the patriots” so please share.

I wonder what constitutes a "green ball" for Bill. Is it a wad of $1 bills or $20 bills?
