I can see why Bill won't name him OC even if he'll be a defacto one. He needs to stay away from the podium or at the very least cut down on the yeyo. Aight?

You guys keep repeating this but writers like Michael Holly has debunked this many times among some other who have seen the inner workings. BB doesn't look for yes man, quite the opposite. He wants people with new ideas that make him think.

I mean, that's the external reason.

But there's a pattern there
If he's looking for new ideas, why has rehired his former coordinators after they failed? Or have years where he doesn't list an official OC or DC?

It feels like a power move more than anything. Hire nobody coordinators for cheap since they'll do what he says, theyll go to other teams and fail, then rehire them for cheap and they'll do what he says.

I'm not saying Bill is some bad person or anything but he definitely has a sneaky ulterior motive here.

And I only care because I don't want to jeopardize the rebuild.

Any time you have the owner and other hiring your assistants, and then your holdovers and assistants undermine you, the team is going to absolutely suck.

There's very little chance of salvaging anything out of that situation.

I don’t know about you I was really impressed I can see why BB loves him.
I think he’s is going to be the next Head Coach here.
He really impressed me with this presser.
He went down with his ship like any good captain.
I’m concerned about how much he wants to run the ball because this is now a air it out league.

Talent? horrible OL? New offensive coach? New playbook?

Hnestly I dont follow them to have an opinion. I only know that a position coach who disrespects the HC well that can't be good.
