Great idea. Their helmets would all have a raccoon tail hanging out the back. Of course, it could lead to a new style of tackling.

The Generals were under serious consideration, but considering its demise (NJ Generals) and history of underperforming (Washington Generals 2,495-game losing streak) they nixed that idea ..

The Washington Commando's was also under consideration, but it also was cast aside after consideration of what uniforms would be appropriate...
