Your 2nd part answered the question. They’re not going to hold an owner to the same standards of proof as they would a player. Flores needs physical evidence or else your right this will be swept under the rug.

Nope. I want people to stop claiming that differences in ability based on race are accepted only if they favor certain races. The same thing happens with gender, but having an honest discussion is off-limits in the current environment. Equity everywhere (except for the places we designate as "special").

Also, why is the argument in this thread centered around whether Flores deserves a job more or less than anyone else? The material issue at hand is whether he was ever in legitimate consideration or if his interview was just to fulfill the Rooney Rule and there were no intentions to potentially hire him.
